NexGO works with individuals and families seeking disability transportation services and may assist eligible clients with transportation coordination related to Medicaid or DDD-approved services, depending on authorization and program requirements.
Eligibility depends on the client’s Medicaid benefits, DDD enrollment status, and approved support plan. Clients should speak with their Support Coordinator, case manager, or healthcare provider to confirm eligibility.
DDD services are generally available to eligible individuals with developmental disabilities who meet New Jersey state requirements. Your Support Coordinator or the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities can help determine eligibility.
Some Medicaid or DDD-funded transportation services may require prior authorization or approval through a Support Coordinator or care plan. We recommend confirming coverage before scheduling services.

No. NexGO LLC does not provide emergency medical transportation or ambulance services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
